Area Rugs are as straight forward as it gets to determine square footage… just length times width. Please add up your total area in square feet and use our online booking portal.
Common rug sizes:
7×5 = 35′
5×8 = 40′
8×10 = 80′
9×12 = 108′
Circular rugs… Here’s where you finally get to use Pi! First, figure out the radius -the distance from the centre to the edge, in feet. Then multiple that number by itself. Then take the new number and multiply by 3.14 to get your square footage… Fun!
Remember, if your rugs are a few inches over a whole foot number, just round down to the nearest whole or half foot. We always like to round down in your favour!
