No Job is Too Small: While we welcome all jobs, like all service companies that travel around the region, we have a minimum fee, regardless of the work required.
Primary Minimum Price: The minimum fee for any on-site appointment is $275.
Secondary Minimum: In some cases, we can waive the Primary Minimum, such as when neighbors or residents in the same building coordinate a group cleaning. A Secondary Minimum of $140 will then apply.
Top-up Your Job: When our technicians arrive, they can consult with you to add items to your invoice, helping you meet our minimum price if desired.
Mix & Match Services: Our technicians can add items from other categories, like fitted carpet, upholstery, and area rugs, to your invoice. A Secondary Minimum fee may apply at the technician’s discretion.
