Our simple pricing method assumes that some furniture or items may remain in place during the cleaning. Choose your selections just as if your spaces are completely empty though some heavy furniture may stay in place during the cleaning.
With our unique Dri-Way method, you don’t have to completely empty your spaces. Our technicians can easily shift most things like sofas, chairs, and the like back and forth during the cleaning. Our modern, ultra low-moisture system allows us to clean around and between any immoveable furniture or obstacles. However, some items cannot be moved (see Preparing for your Dri-Way Cleaning for details).
When making your selections, don’t sweat the small stuff: Things like standard size closets are always FREE!
There is no extra charge if some or all of your Rooms or Areas are totally empty, allowing us to clean fully from wall-to-wall.
After you have selected the spaces appropriate for your needs, we will set aside the correct amount of time to complete that job. Our technician will easily be able to make any adjustments to your Work Order upon arrival to your cleaning service appointment if needed.

How to self-measure your own rugs for in-home cleaning:

Unsuitable for in-home cleaning? Certain rugs that are too small or too flimsy, certain types of hand-knotted items, ones with exotic fibres, and those with intense soiling or staining conditions (especially odour, urine, or other pet-related issues) may require care in a rug specialist shop, which is a service we currently do not offer. What is too flimsy? If your rug is floppy enough that you can gather it up in your arms in a bunch, then it’s too flimsy and needs to be taken to a shop, or even a dry cleaner. Our technician will always perform a ‘hands & knees’ inspection before cleaning to ensure your rug is suitable for our in-home methods. If upon arrival for your scheduled cleaning service appointment our technician decides your rug is not suitable, he will happily refer you to one of our friendly rug shop operating colleagues.
Upholstery is assessed by the Linear Foot
Linear foot simply means we measure the width of piece of upholstery from arm-to-arm, in feet, to get a number for pricing purposes. For example, a two-person loveseat sofa is often about 5 feet wide from arm to arm, so we call that 5 Linear Feet. We do not need any other number (not height, not depth), just the width. There’s a lot of variability in upholstery, so please use the following handy chart of common upholstery items to see how you can create a list of your own items to send us pricing.

sofa-chaises

When assessing your L (or U) shaped sofa, measure along each length. Be sure to subtract the portions where the lengths overlap (usually about 2-3 feet) so we don’t charge you twice for the same bits!
