Bedframes are measured in FEET by adding up footage along one length PLUS along one width. For example, an upholstered bedframe that is seven feet long, and five feet wide would add up to twelve linear feet (7’+5’= 12′)

■ Preparing for your cleaning: Ideally, there should be at least three feet of space around all sides of the upholstery to be cleaned, or at least room for our tech to maneuver the piece around to get at all sides -if possible. Sectional Sofas: For us to be able to clean the back, sides, and in-between each section, the sectional must be prepared ahead of time by having the sections separated from each other and pulled away from the wall prior to the arrival of the technician.
■ Pricing is based on standard, synthetic upholstery. Extra charges* may be applied for natural fabrics such as cotton, blends, wool or leather. Extra charges* may be applied for oversize, overstuffed, or extra material such as excessive cushions and such.
■ Issues such as urine, smoke, odour contamination, or other specialty staining, marks, or concerns may (depending on the severity) incur extra charges and fees starting from $120 per item/area.
█ MINIMUM PRICE: Our current minimum price is $275 for any on-site cleaning service appointment. No job is too small, but like all on-site service companies that drive from location to location, we have a minimum for doing any on-site job, no matter how little work is needed.
Secondary Minimum: Items from each of our three service categories (Fitted Carpet, Upholstery, and Area Rugs) may be mixed & matched to ‘top-up’ to the minimum, however, a $120 Secondary Minimum will be charged for each new service category ordered (when below the primary minimum).
*Any extra charges will be assessed by the technician upon arrival at your cleaning appointment just prior to commencing the service.
