Some rugs must be taken into a shop for special treatment where there is more time, tools, and techniques available. Rugs that are too flimsy, or too delicate or damaged don’t lend themselves to in-home cleaning. Heavily soiled and stained or rugs with odour issues or pet-related biological contamination will most certainly require in-shop service.
